East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musywardhana instructed the whole urban village and sub- district head to actively hold impromptu visit or blusukan in each school. It aims to solve dropout problems.

According to him, they could know and collect public complaints in the field, such as those are unable to pay school tuition, etc.

Musyawardhana stated if the problem is detected, it must be coordinated with Education Department.

Besides education, the city administration also launched a program of Ketuk Pintu Layani Dengan Hati (Knock the Door and Serve with Heart). By doing so, the people can access the health service easily. 

“If there are people who are sick and cannot go to the community health center (puskesmas), our officer will come to you. It's only prioritized to underprivileged residents," he disclosed.
